Refunds and returns policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. After this deadline, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

For a return, the item must be unused and in the original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned:

Samples / color pattern
Processed articles
Any item that is not in original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund policy

As soon as we receive your complaint, we will contact you to discuss how to proceed. Subsequently, we will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and refunded to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Delayed or missing reimbursements

Contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time for your refund to process.

Sale- / Clearance items

Sale- / Clearance items cannot be refunded.

Returns

Please always arrange returns with us first {info@ms-tex.ch} – We will then give you the exact return address. – Thank you!

Shipping costs to return your item are generally non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
